The 10-day timeline assumes timely delivery of all required materials and approvals within 2 business days at each stage. If there are delays on the client side (missing content, delayed approvals), the timeline extends accordingly, but there's no penalty or additional charge for this.
Do you provide training on how to update my site?
Yes! During the launch phase, we provide documentation on managing your website. If you need hands-on training, we offer that as an add-on service or as part of our maintenance plans.
What happens after 6 months of hosting?
At the end of 6 months, you have three options: (1) Continue with our managed hosting ($39/month), (2) Migrate to your own hosting provider (we'll help with the transfer), or (3) Let the hosting expire (we'll provide 30 days notice). We recommend our managed hosting for peace of mind.
